Process

** If we're new to working with each other, I'll take some time to familiarize myself with your brand. (This is a great time to share with me your branding sheet, if you have one). If you have a template or workflow set up, I'm happy to mimic that as well. If we're starting from the basics, read on to see how I begin my process!

How It Works:

Typically, I start with episode transcription. This helps me jump right into the nitty-gritty of what your episode is about. If you don't need transcription services, then I'll give your episode a listen to understand the materials.

Start drafting show notes! Including several title options and keywords listed at the top, I'll write up to 500 words of show notes. Done within a Google Doc, I'll share the template with you for review once completed.

Need social media captions or email blurbs? This is when I'll create those as well + share them with you for review along with the show notes.

If you don't need Step 3, then I await your comments and feedback. My goal is to ensure that I'm not just meeting but surpassing your expectations.

What's included

Accurate Transcription
As needed, I will transcribe the episode, via (client-provided) audio or video file. The transcription will include proofreading & editing, as well as generation of accurate timestamps, and chapter markers for audience content browsing.
SEO Optimized Show Notes
Based on the topic of your episode or overall theme of your podcast, I will perform keyword research to create highly-optimized show notes that are engaging and enticing to your target audience. I'll provide 2-3 keywords with show notes of up to 500 words.
Social Media Captions
As needed, I will create social media captions of up to 2200 characters, based on the show notes written for the episode.
Email Marketing Campaigns
As needed, I will create a blurb for email newsletters in relation to the announcement of the episode.
