Process

Discovery: In this phase stakeholders will be interviewed to get to know as much about the product, business, target users, competitors, requirements and goals
Research Phase: In this phase competitive analysis will be performed to identify industry trends, design patterns, and potential areas for differentiation. Gathering user insights through surveys, interviews, or user testing to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points, developing user personas and user journey maps to empathize with different user segments and visualize their interactions with the product.
Conceptualization and Ideation: Brainstorm design concepts and ideas based on the insights gathered during the discovery phase.
Wireframing: Create sketches, wireframes, or low-fidelity prototypes to visualize the initial design concepts and iterate on them based on feedback.
UI Design: Translating the finalized wireframes or prototypes into high-fidelity mock-ups. Designing individual screens while paying attention to visual aesthetics, typography, colour schemes, and branding guidelines. Iterating on the designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing.
Prototype Development: Creating interactive prototypes that simulate the functionality and user flow of the designed screens.
User Testing and Iteration: Conducting usability testing with real users to validate the design and gather feedback on its effectiveness. Iterate on the designs based on user feedback and testing insights.
Finalization and Handoff: Make final revisions to the designs based on feedback and testing results. Preparing design assets for handoff to development teams, including specifications, style guides, and assets. Conduct a final review with the client to ensure all requirements have been met before finalizing the designs.
