Yes! Depending on the product and photos you need, it may not be in a "sellable" state when I am finished with it. For instance, if your product is skincare and you want to show the liquid or cream, I will have to open the product and take some out.
However, I am more than happy to return your product regardless of the condition. All I ask is that you provide the return shipping label.
