A content inventory and audit are two important activities to complete before developing a strategy to improve your digital content. Conduct them together to set your content up for success.
What will I do?
I will analyse and list of every piece of digital content you currently have, captured in the spreadsheet on a page or asset level. It will include specific characteristics about each piece.
I will examine, assess, and evaluate the quality of the content listed in the inventory. Audits uncover content that needs updating, where gaps exist that new content could fill, and if certain pieces of content are ready for removal.
Service includes 3 calls:
kick off meeting - where we discuss budget, goals and timeframe for the inventory and audit
progress meeting - after one week where we discuss progress and update goals if needed
delivery meeting and presentation - where I present you results of the analysis and possible solutions for discovered issues together with prioritisation strategy.
