The project is divided into three phases. Phase 1 (MVP) — I deliver an initial draft of your Notion workspace within 24 hours of receiving access. We review it together and align on scope before moving forward. Phase 2 (Development) — I build out the full system over 3–7 days depending on complexity and feedback speed. Phase 3 (Ongoing adjustments) — I refine and improve the system as you start using it in real conditions.

You grant member access to your Notion workspace using the email provided after we confirm the project. Access can be removed at any time. I only create, edit, and organize within the agreed scope — I do not modify any existing pages outside the project area without your approval.

Phase 1 is delivered within 24 hours. Phase 2 typically takes 3 days to 1 week depending on scope and how quickly we can align on feedback. Phase 3 runs alongside your active use of the system. The total project is usually completed within 1-2 weeks from kickoff.

If the Phase 3 hours are used earlier than expected, I'll let you know proactively. At that point, we can discuss an additional hourly fee or define a new phase if there's more work to complete. Nothing continues without your explicit agreement.

I specialize in operations systems for agencies and service businesses. This includes client hubs with briefs, deliverables, and status tracking, project pipelines and workflow management, recurring task systems that reset automatically, onboarding and delivery workflows, team capacity views, and integrations with tools like Make.com, Zapier, Google Workspace, and CRMs where applicable.
