Process

Research & Inspiration

First, you'll complete my brand questionnaire. We'll chat on the phone to discuss your answers, and I'll give you a bit of creative client homework!

I'll help you articulate the unique attributes of your business, your capabilities, ideal clients, current reputation, and where you want to take your brand. I'll research the visual identities of your competitors, and together we'll discover the main personality of your business. This initial phase will set the direction for the design work to come.

I'll gather inspiration - images, fonts, textures... anything that captivates your attention and aligns with your brand vision. I'll send you a short creative brief and collate all my research into an inspiration board that visually represents the direction your brand is heading in.

2. Design & Development

This is the cornerstone of your company’s visual identity. From there, I'll develop and refine one to two logo ideas. You’ll pick your preferred concept, and I can make refinements to the logo if required. I’ll then continue to develop your visual brand with additional logo versions, icons, and patterns (if included in your package).

Once complete, I’ll provide you with your final logo files and brand guidelines containing details about your logo and variations, typography, color palette, and other design elements.

3. Bringing your brand to life!

After finalizing your logo, I’ll bring all the other visual elements of your brand to life! I'll create a comprehensive, visual docu- ment listing the look and feel of your brand. Depending on your package, this may include print collateral, social media image- ry, and other design deliverables.
