Process
We follow a three-step design process. Each step helps us better understand the product and its market, while also optimizing the design journey to produce the most accurate and effective outcomes.
Discover
Before jumping into design, we start by deeply understanding the organizational structure and defining a RASCI diagram. This is the stage where we get to know the product and ask key questions like: Where are we now? Where do we want to go? What are our goals?
