The Workshop (2hrs): In this call, we'll go through Lean Canvas Methodology to make sure that you have thought through your product thoroughly. We'll dig through your assumptions and challenge ourselves to come up with the most streamlined version of your product to keep you on track and motivated to release a successful product. Depending on how the first call goes, we'll have follow up calls as necessary

The Result - (The Pitch Deck) Once we're done, I'll send you a pitch deck for your product that you can share with your team and possible investors.

CUSTOMER SEGMENTS & CHANNELS 👨🏾‍💻: This is all about growth hacking your way to success. We'll talk about who your ideal customers are, where to find them and brainstorm some early and low-cost strategies to get your first 100-1000 customers.

METRICS FOR SUCCESS 📈: We'll identify some key things you should be tracking from the beginning. These numbers will tell you when you're doing well or when you need to pivot. (This is super important to make sure that you can course correct if some of your assumptions are wrong.)
