Problem Statement
Women's pregnancies are such special times. It provides new pleasures, difficulties, and amazing moments. There is, however, a traditional setting in postpartum and pregnancy healing methods. Due to misunderstandings and a lack of knowledge about the benefits of exercise for both mother and child, many women find it challenging to stay in shape and to choose appropriate and safe exercises and diets. How can we help pregnant and postpartum women get fit?

Executive Intent - Most women struggle to find the best workouts, diets, and eating habits during pregnancy and the postpartum period in order to maintain their health and fitness. Some pregnant women choose not to exercise at all because they are unsure of how to exercise safely or how it might affect the development of their unborn child. User Research
I did some study to pinpoint the issue and gain a better understanding of the present scenarios. I conducted research to grasp better the project's goal and the users' perspectives based on those inputs. I conducted both qualitative and quantitative research, and the women provided insightful comments. Both the qualitative and quantitative patterns in their reactions have caught my attention.
Qualitative Research
In-person and telephone interviews with pregnant and recently delivered women were conducted in order to better understand the difficulties they experienced. The straightforward queries are presented below. - Are you expecting a child or have you delivered a child recently? - What was your response to the pregnancy for the first time? - What is the source of your knowledge during the pregnancy? - How many litres of water were recommended in a day? - What kind of fitness would you prefer during pregnancy? - What kind of fitness would you do post-pregnancy? - What kind of nutritional diet was/is recommended for you? - What kind of workout was/is recommended for you? - How do you feel exercising? - How did you deal with your mood swings? - Were there any changes in your body during/post pregnancy? - How comfortable are you sharing your thoughts with people? - Would you like to connect with other pregnant women to know their experiences through an app? - Did you participate in any of the activities? - Which mobile apps do you use/used/used during & post-pregnancy? - Would you like to suggest any feature that should be there in the Fitness app for Pregnant women?
