I will use proprietary and commonly available tools to build a custom analysis for your brand. I will give you a full report in an executive summary as a PDF, with commentary. I will also give you access to a custom clickable web platform during the period of our engagement so you can explore the data. You will also receive the raw data from the query requests from the platforms for your future reference.

The full report period takes about one week.

This analysis is good for companies at all stages. For mature companies with 20+ pages, we will audit your full brand. For early-stage companies, we'll benchmark against established brands in your category to set baseline targets and identify positioning opportunities.

In order to conduct the analysis of your brand site, we will perform a crawl of your site using a bot. This requires that your site grants permission for us to do so. I will also look to understand more about your brand and your competitors in order to perform an effective analysis.

That's actually the most common starting point. The audit reveals where the gaps are and gives you a prioritized roadmap for building citability. We focus on quick wins first - the structural and content changes that can start generating citations within weeks.

Not required, but helpful. I'll do competitive research either way to understand your category landscape, but if you have specific competitors you're tracking or concerned about, flagging them upfront makes the analysis more targeted.
