Summary
I'll help you to migrate your WordPress website to Framer, exporting your content and CMS items from your WordPress instance and importing into the Framer CMS. I'll advise you on any limitations and differences between WordPress and Framer and guide you every step of the way.
Process
- Initial meeting: I'll review your current WordPress website and functionality and map out your Posts, Pages, Custom Post Types, Taxonomies, SEO considerations and any other requirements you have for migrating your website from WordPress to Framer.
- Planning: I'll outline my process, from migrating content out of your WordPress site to importing into Framer.
- Web Design & Development: I will take your existing WordPress design and build it in Framer using Framer's best practice structure, animation and interaction principles.
- Feedback Loops: Feedback loops are provided at each of the stages outlined above. We only progress once you've signed off each stage.
- Final Website Review: You'll get to review a live link where we'll review every page to make sure everything is working correctly and you're 100% satisfied.
- Project Delivery: You'll get a Framer Remix link to duplicate the project in your own account and I'll assist you with setting up a custom domain and analytics.

What is included in the $1,500 starting price?
The $1,500 starting price is for migrating websites with 5-10 pages, 1-2 Custom Post Types (excluding Posts) and 5-10 Custom Taxonomies. During our initial meeting, we'll discuss any additional design, pages, CMS collections, CMS items, redirects or development requirements.
I use a lot of WordPress plugins, can you replicate the functionality in Framer?
Many WordPress plugins offer features that can be replicated through Framer's native functionalities or via custom code components within Framer. While replicating core functionalities might be feasible, complex plugin features may require different approaches. During the initial consultation, we'll discuss your specific plugins and their functionalities. This helps me determine the best approach for your website and I'll work with you to find the most effective way to migrate your website while ensuring it meets your needs.
Can you retain my SEO permalink structures?
We will discuss the best approach based on your specific needs during the consultation. I will take steps to ensure a smooth transition for search engines and users by replicating the permalink structure as far as possible and documenting the URLs in a Google Sheet for us to both review. For any URLs that differ slightly in Framer, particularly for CMS URLs, I will set up 301 redirects in Framer's project configuration settings. This passes SEO value from the old WordPress URL to the new Framer page, signalling to search engines that the content has permanently moved.

Assistance setting up your custom domain and analytics
I'll assist you setting up your project with your custom domain and make sure all your project settings are tuned optimally. I'll connect your Google Analytics or 3rd party analytics provider and make sure everything works nicely together.
