First of all, I will understand the scope of the project and then analyze the existing designs from a business and design principles point of view. As a starting point, I will take your inputs, if any, and conduct competitor's analysis or somewhat similar apps that I used or others as I will go down with my research phase

Then, I will share low fidelity design sketches with you to finalize this from UX point of view and one screen with full Hi-fidelity designs for your feedback on look and feel, if that's decided at that stage, will convert all the low-fidelity into Hi-fidelity designs.

Before all that, I would also suggest a zoom or google meet session after I go through everything if that's feasible with you.
