1st Milestone: I will share a comprehensive User/Market Research Report, derived from various sources including user research, competitor analysis, industry best practices, whitepapers, journals, real-world case studies, and technical blog posts.

Expected outcome: Review / Signoff on MVP, features, and functionalities.

2nd Milestone: I will share Initial sketches/low-fidelity wireframes to articulate information architecture, task flows, and navigation flows.

Expected outcome: Review / Signoff on Information architecture, detailed navigation flow, and the number of unique pages that need to be designed.



3rd Milestone: I will design and present a selection of UI styles (1-3, as agreed upon) for your consideration, applied on a specified number of pages ( 1-3, as agreed upon).

Expected outcome: Review / Signoff on the UI design style.



4th Milestone: I will design and present high-fidelity and pixel-perfect UI design mockups to illustrate the actual app screens and navigation flow using Figma/any other tool of your choice.

Expected outcome: Review / Signoff on the high-fidelity prototype, and the design system.



5th Milestone: I will deliver well-organized (labeled/grouped) Figma source files + Detailed design system.

Expected outcome: Review / Signoff on the final design deliverables.



The scope of the project will be decided in the beginning. It can include services like User Research, Wireframing, Prototyping, UI Design, QA / Review, and Design systems.
