Summary
Build a prioritizing framework specifically designed for your goal with the backlog with the nature of your product in mind.
Process
First I will learn about your goal with the backlog, and then we will take a deep dive into your current requests. While going through these requests we will set up a framework that works specifically with your goal and product in mind. We might not be able to go through all requests but you will take away with a pretty good idea how to prioritize the rest.
What's included
A prioritized version of your backlog based on your current backlog
We will use a prioritization framework to put feature requests in your current backlog in order. You will also be able to take it from here and prioritize new requests should they emerge in your backlog.
