We will start with project initiation where we discuss the main objective of the web application that we'll be building, then after that we'll move on to project planning, and come out with a reasonable project timeline that includes development, developer testing, user-acceptance testing, and finally deployment. I'm super open with suggestions and ideas as long as they are doable and makes sense.
