My design process can be concisely defined as follows:
Discover: Initial consultation and research to understand client needs, target users, brand goals and creative vision.
Onboard: Create a creative brief outlining all deliverables, timelines with milestones, number of review cycles, terms and expectations to align client with project scope.
Concept: Explore creative directions and aesthetics through mood boards, style references, and initial sketches and ideas. Present 2-3 distinct concepts.
Design: Further refine concepts and produce 1-3 complete design round options for client feedback.
Refine: Collect client input, then make revisions and optimize designs through 1-2 additional rounds until final approval is obtained.
Deliver: Provide all final art source files, assets and usage guidelines, prepping files for production needs.

  • What files and guidelines do you deliver?

    The final deliverables include all high resolution logo files (EPS, JPG, PNG, GIF, SVG) and a complete brand style guide detailing usage rules and applications across print, digital, etc. to ensure brand consistency.

  • How long does a branding project take?

    Most branding engagements take 1-3 weeks from discovery to finalizing files depending on the scope. Clear expectations are set at the start through creative briefs and maintaining quick feedback cycles ensures efficient timelines.

  • Do I own full rights to the branding assets you design?

    Yes, for both logos and any other designed assets the client will receive full ownership and rights to use the final deliverables in perpetuity once all invoices for the design work are paid as outlined in our design agreement.

  • Will there be opportunities to provide input and feedback during the process?

    Absolutely, our design process has built in feedback loops after initial concept round as well as intervals throughout where clients can review progress, provide comments and have open conversations to align on revisions to meet their vision.

  • How do you handle a rebrand versus augmenting existing brand identity?

    For full rebrands we start from a blank slate assessing brand positioning and creating completely new visual identities. For augmenting existing identities we strategically evaluate current equity and build off visual strengths while modernizing and elevating aesthetics to balance fresh appeal with equities.
