• How do you get started on a project?

  We begin every engagement with a discovery session to understand your brand story, audience, competitive landscape and vision to inform the creative direction before ideating concepts.

• What is your design process?

  My human-centered design process follows a tailored 6 step methodology: 1. Discover: Initial immersive consultation to understand client needs, target users, overarching brand goals and creative vision. 2. Onboard: Create project brief clearly outlining deliverables, milestones, review cycles and terms to align expectations. 3. Concept: Explore wide creative directions with mood boards and initial sketches. Present 2-3 unique concepts. 4. Design: Develop 1-3 complete design round options based on feedback for client input. 5. Refine: Collect client insights then iteratively refine and revise designs through 1-2 additional rounds until final approval. 6. Deliver: Provide all final optimized assets, source files and usage guidelines, prepped for production needs. My process focuses first on discovering the authentic brand narrative and objectives, aligns mutual expectations, ideates strategic early concepts, then iterates final polished deliverables in sync with client feedback resulting in customized branding solutions.

• What files and guidelines do you deliver?

  The final deliverables include all high resolution logo files (EPS, JPG, PNG, GIF, SVG) and a complete brand style guide detailing usage rules and applications across print, digital, etc. to ensure brand consistency.

• How long does a branding project take?

  Most branding engagements take 1-3 weeks from discovery to finalizing files depending on the scope. Clear expectations are set at the start through creative briefs and maintaining quick feedback cycles ensures efficient timelines.

• What differentiates exceptional brands?

  The best brands have compelling stories rooted in purpose; own recognizable aesthetic styles that reinforce narratives; and interweave identities across experiences to form emotional connections through familiar, differentiated touchpoints. Our designs unlock this level of meaningful consumer engagement.

• How do you ensure brand consistency across deliverables?

  We maintain brand consistency across all designed assets through the creation of comprehensive style guides that include defined color palettes, approved fonts and typographic styles, logos and graphic elements as well as usage guidelines that align to overarching brand positioning and visual language.

• Do I own full rights to the branding assets you design?

  Yes, for both logos and any other designed assets the client will receive full ownership and rights to use the final deliverables in perpetuity once all invoices for the design work are paid as outlined in our design agreement.

• Will there be opportunities to provide input and feedback during the process?

  Absolutely, our design process has built in feedback loops after initial concept round as well as intervals throughout where clients can review progress, provide comments and have open conversations to align on revisions to meet their vision.

• How do you handle a rebrand versus augmenting existing brand identity?

  For full rebrands we start from a blank slate assessing brand positioning and creating completely new visual identities. For augmenting existing identities we strategically evaluate current equity and build off visual strengths while modernizing and elevating aesthetics to balance fresh appeal with equities.
