FAQs

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! Most projects are split into two payments: a 50% deposit and a 50% final payment. For flat-fee projects on Contra, you'll be asked to make the full payment upfront, with 50% released to me immediately and the remaining 50% held until project completion. For larger projects, we can set up milestone-based payments. While Contra is commission-free, a Stripe processing fee will apply. Rest assured, your credit card information is securely managed by Stripe.
How long does it take to complete a project?
Timelines vary by project, but expedited options are available. For reference: Logo Design: 1-2 weeks Brand Identity: 3-5 weeks Website Projects: 3-4 weeks Note: Timelines may vary based on project specifics and the speed of feedback.
How will we communicate?
We’ll kick things off with a Google Meet video call to discuss your project and present initial concepts. For quicker updates, we’ll use email or short recorded videos. If you prefer, we can also communicate via phone or email—whatever works best for you!
We don't live in the same city. Can we still work together?
Absolutely! 99% of our clients are remote. We manage everything through live and pre-recorded video, so distance is never an issue.
We need a website. Can you create one for us?
Yes, I offer website design services, though availability is limited. Currently, I work with Squarespace. Do you do copywriting?
Do you do copywriting?
No, but I can assist with light copy using AI tools. For more extensive copywriting, I recommend hiring a professional copywriter—there are many great ones on Contra!
If I have my logo designed by someone else, can you help with other designs?
Of course! I’ve worked with clients like Kind Bomb and Stardust, who had their logos designed elsewhere, and I expanded on their brand with additional designs.

Plus, you’ll receive a summary with our unbiased thoughts after the session!

We'll craft multiple logo variations for your brand—typically including a primary logo, a secondary logo, and an iconmark. Need more than three? No problem, just let us know!
✒️ Typography Pairing
Typography isn’t just about picking random fonts; it’s a strategic choice that aligns with your brand's visuals. We’ll suggest a pair of typefaces that perfectly complement your brand. While the final choice is yours, we prioritize finding free commercial fonts for you.
🎨 Color Palette
Colors speak volumes about your brand’s vibe. We’ll create a curated color palette that perfectly captures your brand’s aesthetic and mood—typically between 3-5 colors, but never more than 7.
🔲 Brand Pattern(s)
A unique brand pattern can make a big difference, reinforcing your brand’s identity across all touchpoints. It’s a subtle yet powerful way to stand out and be remembered.
🎯 Custom Icons
Custom icons add a personal touch to your brand. We’ll design original graphic elements that are uniquely yours, making your brand instantly recognizable.
💼 Business Card Design(s)
Stand out from the crowd with a memorable business card design! Crafted in Canva or other software apps, you'll have an editable version to update as needed—keeping your brand at everyone’s fingertips.
📱 Canva Social Media Post Templates
Consistency is key! We’ll create social media templates that give your brand a polished, cohesive look across all platforms, making content creation a breeze.
🔄 3 Revisions
I aim to get it right the first time, but I’m always ready to make adjustments—up to three revisions—until it’s perfect.

We’ll compile a brand style guide outlining all visual elements, including your logo, typography, color palette, and more. It ensures consistency across all your marketing channels.
