Discover phase We start by meeting each other, learning why you started this company, and discussing your goals, etc.

Understanding your needs Once we meet each other, I will ask all questions regarding your request to have good understanding of your needs.

Redefining all deliverables This task is a creative process, so there is not such thing as selling a 'package'. Each request/project is unique on its own, of course, we do have all standard deliverables such as: Designing all pages on Dekstop, Tablet, and Mobile devices. Or.. creating a well-defined color palette inside the design system. After I have a good understanding of your needs, we will see if we do miss anything of the 'standard' deliverables

Quote The last step before we start designing is the quote. This quote is custom-made for your request so you have the most fair pricing with all information included that we put together in steps 1,2, and 3.

Design Process I'm not a designer that does the 'typical' sketching/wireframing. I've been doing this for 7/8 years and in my opinion, wireframes does not give you a realistic view of how your application is going to look and feel. This does not mean I start 100% full, perfect-looking design; we do it step by step to avoid as much time as possible loss, which is for both sides the most convenient way of getting things done. For big applications, it is mandatory to have user stories to have a good overview of what functionalities the user should be able to walk through.

I'm from Amsterdam, which is GMT+1 time zone.
Do you use any project management tools to have a smooth working process?
Yes! Depending on what clients use, I like to create in their workspace a work board where I put all important tasks to keep track of what is done, and what we need to do and to keep all discussions sorted. I've worked with Basecamp, Asana, Monday, Trello, Atlassian, Clickup before.
Do I get full ownership of all Files?
Yes, you will have full ownership of all files. Once the design process is complete, I will provide you with all the design assets and files created for your project.

A) Flowchart
To ensure a seamless project kickoff and effective planning, we create a detailed flowchart at the early stages. This flowchart maps out the application's structure, defining: 1. The required pages 2. Navigation between pages 3. Key user interactions and data flow. This serves as a clear visual blueprint for the application's design and functionality, aligning expectations and ensuring efficiency throughout the development process.
B) Design System (Seperated Figma File)
I create a design system to keep the user interface consistent and aligned with the brand. This design system includes reusable components, colors, and fonts, making it easy to ensure everything looks and feels cohesive. The design system is delivered as a separate Figma file, so updates or changes can be made quickly and efficiently.
C) User Interface (Figma File)
The user interface is designed in Figma and includes all the screens and layouts needed for the application. The Figma file provides: - A clear visual guide for the app’s look and feel - Notes for functionality and user interactions This file makes it easy for developers and stakeholders to understand and implement the design.
