  I frame the project and define the objectives with the stakeholders. I keep an eye on the project timeline, document, communicate and coordinate with the development teams to deliver the product on time

• Benchmark

  Benchmarking is a tool to improve product design and user experience based on your competitors and similar products. It helps to prioritize your product strategies through the insights generated from the analyses.

• Ergonomic Audit

  I carry out an audit on an already existing product to define pain points and areas for improvement. I can use several tools such as focus groups, experience maps or analysis of your analytics data

• User flow

  A user flow is a chart or diagram showing the path a user will take in an application to complete a task. Product teams build user flows to intuitive design products, present the correct information to users at the right time, and allow users to complete desired tasks in as few steps as possible.

• Wireframes

  Wireframes are basic blueprints that help teams align on requirements, keeping UX design conversations focused and constructive. It's a layout of a web page that demonstrates what interface elements will exist on key pages.

• UI mockups

  It's the final layer of an interface. It is what the user sees in the end which makes it a finished product and which gives substance to the entire strategic phase worked upstream

• Branding

  When you build a brand, you build in the power to adapt and evolve. Even if you have a graphic charter, it may not be adapted to the needs of an interface. It is therefore a question of creating elements which will define your product. I create the building blocks to win user’s hearts.

• Prototyping

  Creating a prototype allows design teams to hone a product concept before it's built and launched—saving time, money, and headaches for everyone involved. It's a very good way to project yourself.
