1) Executive Communication: Manage executive communications, including scheduling meetings, drafting correspondence, preparing presentations, and maintaining accurate records. Prioritize and filter incoming requests, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
2) Calendar Management: Coordinate and maintain the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements while effectively managing competing priorities and time constraints.
3) Meeting Note Taking: Attend executive meetings and take comprehensive, accurate notes, capturing key discussions, decisions, action items, and follow-up tasks. Promptly distribute meeting minutes and ensure proper documentation and follow-up on assigned tasks and action items.
