I'm offering to essentially produce or improve any video that suits your needs. For example, if you have footage you want to use but need it cut down or have highlights made, and to make it presentable in a finished professional product, or if you just want to make a video look better or have additional effects, I can do all of that in a professional manner regarding quality and time taken to complete. I would be able to explain exactly what the process is and how long it takes based on hours worked so there's total transparency and you can take my methods and use it afterwards. I'm willing to teach and collaborate as well.

Acquire footage being used from employer or find appropriate stock footage, or create my own footage to be used on a case-by-case basis.

Maximize quality of footage with fixed color and lighting effects before any cuts are made.

Devise / revise direction to maximize use of aforementioned footage and proceed to edit the video / make cuts.

Apply special effects such as overlays, subtitles, zooms, panning, transitions as appropriate per the type of video and desired vibe and effect.

Master audio with leveling, boosting as necessary, making sure it's not too loud or too quiet, fixing impure audio such as background noise, static, etc.

Combine mastered audio with edited footage and export optimized video as semi-final product, only deemed final by the employer upon full satisfaction.

If changes are desired, make those changes at any step previously mentioned and resubmit for approval; finalize.
