Shater is that teammate that doesn't let a task stay on his desk for more than a minute. He's picking it immediately it drops. And if for some reason, he cannot attend to it immediately, he'll make sure to communicate that and I don't mean vaguely - clear, concise communication. He beats deadlines/timelines and is one big team player. I'd recommend Shater as a team member that any teammate or employer will love and be pleased to have on their team.
