Can create the image but it is better if you provide the still image yourself and I can start from there.

If animation is longer then couple of seconds it will be exported as MP4 video too

Some social media have specific requirement, so if you expect animated stickers for Discord (required format there is APNG - animated PNG) it will be provided if you specify where you plan to use the animation.
