The second asset in the brand design process is product packaging. Here’s the step-by-step process I follow: Moodboard Creation: Share a mood board with three different design approaches. Design Development: Once an approach is chosen, the product design is created and shared with a mockup for a better visualization. Refinement: Multiple rounds of edits are made, with the first draft focusing on the overall look and feel, and subsequent edits refining the technical aspects. Final File Delivery: After final edits, the print-ready files are shared, including the source file and PDF. Note: The product carton KLDs need to be provided by the client. Packaging design typically requires multiple rounds of edits to perfect both the aesthetic and technical details.
