I build web apps and AI agents for small teams: internal tools, customer-facing apps and agents that do real work, like auditing a website or producing design concepts overnight. Two of my open-source agent skills are in my projects.

What you get:

Scoping: a short written plan with what we'll build, what it won't do, and a time estimate.

Working prototype: a usable first version you can test, usually within the first week.

Production build and deployment, with basic monitoring.

Handover: source code, setup notes and a walkthrough.

I work in React, Next.js and Python, in English and Chinese, and did AI research at Stanford.

Billing is hourly with a capped budget you approve up front. You only pay for the hours used.
