About this service

Summary

The basic process looks like this:
Step 1:
First, send your inquiry, and let's chat further about any of your additional queries.
Step 2:
Let's schedule a consult call on our calendar, and discuss further your needs and requirements.
Step 3:
Once, we agree on all the terms and scope of work over call, let's put it on paper and sign the contract.
Step 4:
A custom client portal link will be shared with you to carry out all the project conversations or we will communicate on contra throughout our time working together.
Step 5:
(Day: 1) An onboarding call will be scheduled to walk you through the notion portal and share the next steps and how we will accomplish set goals.
Step 6:
(Day 2-4) After onboarding, there will be a content strategy stage where we will identify content pillars, build a content matrix, etc.
Step 7:
(Day 5-6) This stage will be the design stage, we will start putting the work in to the built strategy and content matrix, by establishing a schedule, and grid for your main platform, that puts us in a rhythm.
Step 8:
(From Day 6) This stage will be the design and writing stage, we will start designing thumbnails, leadmagnets, course slides, mapping out a community baseline, writing the rules for the same, finding moderators, writing video scripts, Answering support messages through email, etc.
These steps will be done on daily basis structure and topic vise depending the on the priority of the task we have currently going on.
Optional (project conversations from start to finish will be streamlined inside notion, feedback and updates will be discussed via google meet.)
