A: No. This can be completed entirely async using exports you provide — I’ll never touch your live system unless you request otherwise.
Q: Will this fix all of my bad data?
A: I’ll provide a cleaned dataset and templates. You can import the changes, or I can offer help with that in a follow-up service.
Q: How do you protect our company’s data?
A: All work is protected by NDA, and your exported data is handled securely with no third-party access or reuse.
Q: How long does the cleanup take?
A: Most projects are completed within 5–7 business days depending on scope and file size.
Q: Can you review custom fields too?
A: Absolutely. If you include custom field exports or access, I’ll include those in the audit.

I’ll review your current field usage and formatting across key NetSuite records, then create a standardized cleanup plan tailored to your system.
Duplicate & Inconsistent Data Identification
I’ll flag duplicate entries, incorrect formatting, and inconsistent values across items, customers, vendors, subsidiaries, and locations.
Standardization Templates (CSV or Sheet)
I’ll provide editable templates for mass updates using NetSuite import formats (e.g., country codes, naming conventions, tax fields, etc.)
Cleaned Master List for Import
A fully prepped and normalized spreadsheet or CSV ready for import back into NetSuite with standardized data.
Data Quality Report + Recommendations
Summary of cleanup performed, remaining issues (if any), and best practices to maintain consistency going forward.
