What happens if an app update breaks my site?
I specialise in conflict debugging. I will isolate the issue, fix the code conflict, or revert the changes to get your store back online immediately.
How do we track bugs and tasks?
I am experienced with Jira, BugHerd, and Trello. We can use your preferred tool to log tickets, and I will provide updates as I resolve them.
Do you work on live themes?
Never directly. I work on a "development theme" (a copy of your live site) to test changes safely. Once approved by you, I will publish the changes to the live site.
