Discovery + Onboarding Let's get an in depth understanding of your customers,product, business, marketing and goals. It will take around 30-90 minutes. (This is required for product MVPs, branding and full websites.) Be sure to set aside some time, bring any documents(files, data, pinterest boards,) you may need and invite any relevant stakeholders so we can go in depth on your business. This is so I can have a big picture overview in my head while I am working so I can make strategic design decisions. This is how I am able to deliver the most amount of value to you and guarantee that I am making the most logical decisions possible for your customers and your brand. This will save us both time, heartache and help you feel confident in my process. We will also talk about any key goals and metrics you may be focused on at this stage during your business. I will go over the stages of research, strategy, design, and development so that you can be aware of what I am doing behind the scenes.

Research + Strategy After our discovery meeting, I will go even deeper into your industry, customers and try to gain key insights to help deliver a core strategy. This is the heart of the design and will inform key decisions I have to make later in the process. Basically its a plan that details the current market, our capabilities, our advantage and the best way to position our product to our customers to hit our current goal.

Design + Art Direction Finally, the design! This is the most crucial aspect of the development process as it is what people will see and it is my specialty. Everything beforehand is just to get a lay of the land and to help further validate any decision made here. We need our design to be both pleasing and functional for users to use our product/website. This means we have to take our core strategy and design around it. We also have to make sure our copywriting convinces our target audience that our product is exactly what they are looking for and that they should sign up now for it. We also must make sure the structure of the site has everything a user is looking for in the right order and drives the user to click on our call to actions. I usually start off with a mood board and then design a few concepts for selection and testing with users. Once you decide on the final concept i can finally move on to designing the rest in the same style and then move into development.

Development This is where we can finally develop our website or MVP prototype for user testing, production or to demo for investors. Whatever your reason, this will help you ensure you have something usable and not just static screens. I personally feel most at home developing interactive, modern and sleek marketing or e-commerce websites. I can also develop mobile app prototypes in Play but you will need to give to a developer for a final product. For super complex websites, web apps and prototypes you will need to hire a developer. (but the final product will be way better and more reliable than having them just developing for scratch)

Handoff and Education

After the website is finished I will go into how to use it what you can edit and what you shouldn't.
