• How's the process works?

  After subscribing, you'll be invited to a Trello board where you can add as many design requests as you want. Sort them based on priority, and I'll be delivering one by one. You'll receive an invite to the private Slack for communicating.

• How long does it take to get my requested design?

  Usually between 24-48 hours, depending on the complexity of the design task.

• Is there any limit on number of design requests?

  You're free to add as many requests as you want to the Trello board. All will be queued and done one by one.

• What type of design service you're offering?

  Any Product or marketing-related design your startup needs: – UX or UI design for a feature – Landing page design – Webflow development (complete project will be chunked down into requests) – Branding – Interaction design – Email templates – Illustrations

• What if I don't have a design request during my subscription?

  No worries. You can pause your subscription and resume anytime later whenever you have a design request.

• What if am not satisfied with the design?

  We'll be revising and iterating the design until you're completely satisfied.

• Can I cancel my subscription?

  Yes, anytime! 75% refund during the first week, and no refund after the first week.

• Will you be outsourcing?

  Absolutely not. All of the delivered designs will be crafted by me.

• What tools do you use?
