Process

Discovery In this stage, I send a briefing with targeted questions to understand the business essence, its values, mission, audience, competition, and market trends. This ensures all branding decisions are grounded in strategy and that the resulting visual identity resonates meaningfully and stands out.
Moodboard & Visual Direction After the discovery phase, I create 2 moodboards to explore and define distinct aesthetic directions through curated visuals, including colour, texture, photography, and iconography. This aligns style, mood, and emotion before diving into detailed design, ensuring we’re visually speaking the same language.
First Presentation Once the moodboards are approved, I prepare a presentation with two fully developed visual identity proposals. Each includes a colour palette, typography, graphic elements, and imagery, allowing you to compare alternatives and select the strongest direction that balances uniqueness, relevance, and feasibility.
Review Time This stage focuses on collecting feedback from the first presentation and deciding which of the two proposals to move forward with, including necessary adjustments based on your input.
Second Presentation with Revisions The second presentation incorporates all feedback from the first round. Its objective is to finalise the brand direction, including colours, typography, and visual identity elements, preparing the project for the next stage.
Brand Guideline After the final presentation is approved, you will receive a comprehensive brand guideline document covering all aspects of the brand’s visual and verbal identity, logos, colours, typography, imagery, tone of voice, and usage rules, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Brand Assets Handover Alongside the brand guideline, you will receive all finalised assets, including logos in multiple formats, icons, templates, patterns, and type files, ready for both digital and print use, ensuring the brand identity can be applied smoothly and professionally.
