Summary

This agreement outlines the scope of work for video editing services provided by the Video Editor. The deliverables include professionally edited videos with necessary cuts, transitions, effects, color correction, audio enhancement, and optional elements like subtitles, intros/outros, and graphics. The project will be completed within the agreed timeframe, with a set number of revisions included. Final files will be delivered in the required format through a designated file-sharing platform. Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will be subject to extra charges.

  • Color Correction & Grading

    **Adjusted colors and tones to enhance the overall look and feel of the video.**

  • Audio Enhancement

    **Background noise reduction, audio balancing, and syncing with video content. **

  • Subtitles & Captions (If Required)

    **Hardcoded or separate subtitle files (SRT, VTT) provided as per agreement.**

  • Intro/Outro & Graphics (If Required)

    **Custom or templated intros, outros, overlays, and lower thirds as specified. **

  • File Delivery & Formats

    Final video files delivered via [Google Drive, WeTransfer, Dropbox, etc.].

  • Backup & Storage

    Files will be stored for 30 days post-delivery before deletion.

  • Additional Requests

    Any extra work beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.
