FAQs
What do I need to get started?
Once you book the service, I’ll send a quick brand questionnaire. This helps me understand your vision, values, target audience, and goals before beginning the design process.
How long does the project take?
On average, it takes 7–21 business days, depending on the scope and number of revisions. You’ll receive a timeline after the initial briefing.
How many revisions are included?
I offer 2–3 rounds of revisions to refine the brand identity and make sure it aligns with your vision. Additional revisions can be discussed if needed.
What files will I receive?
You’ll receive your logo suite in high-resolution formats (AI, PDF, SVG, PNG, JPG), along with your color codes, font names, and a PDF brand guidelines document. Social media mockups and business card files are also included if part of the package.
Can I request only a logo without the full brand identity?
Yes, I offer standalone logo design as a separate service. However, I recommend the full identity for consistency and a stronger brand presence
What if I don’t like the first concepts?
Design is collaborative. I always start with moodboarding to align visually before moving to concepts. If the first round doesn’t fit, your feedback will guide a refined direction.
Do you design packaging, websites, or other materials?
Yes, I also offer UI/UX design, social media design, video editing, and other creative services. Let me know what you need, and we can create a custom package.
Can I use the designs for commercial purposes?
Absolutely. You’ll have full commercial rights to the final approved designs.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the custom nature of design work, I don’t offer refunds. However, I ensure a collaborative process to keep you involved and satisfied throughout.
