What's included
1. Professionally Edited & Mastered Audio File
This is the final, ready-to-publish audio version of your podcast episode. The edit will focus on creating a seamless and engaging listening experience by removing mistakes, awkward pauses, and distracting background noise. The audio will be mastered to meet industry-standard loudness levels (LUFS) for optimal playback across all major podcast platforms (Apple Podcasts, Spotify, etc.).
- Description: A single, high-quality audio file of the full episode. This includes removal of "ums," "ahs," long pauses, and major errors. We will also perform audio processing, including equalization (EQ), compression, and noise reduction to ensure a clear and consistent sound.
- Format: High-resolution WAV file (for archival) and a compressed MP3 file (for publishing).
- Quantity: One (1) WAV file and one (1) MP3 file per episode.
- Revisions: Up to two (2) rounds of revisions are included. Revisions cover minor changes to the edit, such as removing or re-inserting small sections.
Re-recording or adding new content is not included in the standard revision process and would require a separate quote.
2. Full-Length Edited Video Episode
For podcasters who film their episodes, this deliverable is the visually polished, ready-to-upload video file for platforms like YouTube and Spotify Video. The edit will synchronize all audio and video tracks, incorporate any provided branding elements, and ensure a professional visual presentation.
- Description: A complete video episode, color-corrected and edited to your specifications. This can include switching between multiple camera angles, adding intro/outro sequences, lower-third graphics (speaker names/titles), and integrating any B-roll or screen recordings provided.
- Format: HD 1080p (or 4K, if specified) video file in MP4 format, encoded with H.264 for optimal web compatibility and quality.
- Quantity: One (1) MP4 video file per episode.
- Revisions: Up to two (2) rounds of revisions for minor visual adjustments (e.g., timing of graphics, camera angle changes).
Major structural changes or addition of new graphic elements may incur additional costs.
