I design a way for your stakeholders to be able to look at the data and repeat what I did above. This may make me a bad consultant, but you shouldn't have to pay me forever!
Improvement Execution Plan
I'll work with stakeholders and come up with a plan of what needs to be done and options for each action: Who? (Could be me, your team, or someone that I find to take over). When? What will it cost? How long will it take? What are the risks? What's the ROI?
