Most of my work is fractional and retainer-based, supporting organizations 10–25 hours per week. Hourly arrangements are possible for short-term or clearly scoped projects.
I support the operational backbone of organizations, including events, membership programs, board and committee coordination, sponsor and vendor management, communications, and internal workflows. My role is to take ownership of execution so leaders can focus on strategy.
