If your website won't open, every customer who taps "Website" on your Google listing hits an error page, and some of them simply call the next business on the list.

Checking local business listings this week, I kept finding the same few causes:

The www address has no DNS record, so the link from Google fails while the bare domain still works.

The domain is no longer connected to the site on Wix, Squarespace or the GoDaddy builder.

The domain expired, or someone else bought it and now shows their own page.

WordPress shows "There has been a critical error on this website".

How it works: send me your web address. Usually within a few hours I check it from three US locations and tell you what is broken and what the fix costs. You invite me to your domain or hosting account as a delegate (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare and Squarespace all allow it), so I never need your password. Or I send click-by-click steps and you make the change yourself.

I work with Claude Code and check every fix from three US locations before I call it done.

From $40 for a settings fix such as a DNS record or a reconnected domain. A WordPress critical error or an expired domain is usually $80 to $150, and you get the exact price before I start. Most fixes are done the same day.

After the fix, $20 a month if you want it: a daily check from the same three locations, and a message from me the same day if it breaks again.
