Process

Stage 1: Creative Brief
We'll start with a detailed discussion to understand your real estate brand, its unique selling points, target audience, and specific requirements. This step ensures that we're aligned on your brand's identity and goals.
Stage 2: Research and follow-up
Following our briefing, I'll conduct in-depth research into your target market, considering historical trends and emerging developments. This analysis will inform our design direction, ensuring your brand stands out in a competitive market.
Stage 3: Mood Boards
Based on the research in the previous stage, I will present two different directions for the design. Mood boards inspire and help communicate a concept's energy and feeling. These boards will capture the essence of your brand's identity, helping us visualize how it will resonate with your audience and we will move forward with a clear design direction.
Stage 4: Presentation
Based on the mood board and discussion we had in the previous stage, I will present you the design concepts. We'll collaborate to refine the concepts further, ensuring they meet your expectations.
Stage 5: Brand Style Guide
Once the designs are finalized, you'll receive a comprehensive Brand Style Guide tailored specifically for the real estate sector. This guide will include brand assets such as logos, colour palettes, typography, and imagery guidelines to maintain consistency across all your marketing materials.
* Two add-on designs of your choice are included in the project price (i.e. business cards, thank you cards, marketing collateral, social media templates, etc.). Additional add-ons are available for an additional rate.

    Use of fonts or typeface in regards to you brand. Perfect fonts to pair with your brand design so you can express your brand personality visually.

    The colors in your brand color palette will be used in your logo, on your website, in your business cards, and other brand assets.

  • Icons/Graphics/Patterns

    Icons, patterns and motifs all work together as a cohesive system and streamline the brand image across different platforms.
