Summary

I offer bespoke presentation deck services designed to make your startup's message compelling and clear. My process includes storyboarding, content auditing, and design to ensure your presentation is custom-tailored, effective, and impactful.

My services don't just cover investor pitch decks, but can apply to brand guidelines, instructional documents, company reports, portfolios, and other similar documents.

We will agree on an initial scope and timeline for the deck. Additional hours can be added as needed. We will determine the final quote based on your expected needs.

Base fee: $1,500 for estimated 25 hours. Additional hours will be $60/hour.

Process

Discovery: Let's have a quick chat or email me your presentation goals and what content you have.

Content Audit: Let's review and iterate on your content to ensure it's concise yet compelling.

Storyboarding: This goes in hand with #2 - we'll iterate on the best narrative order of your data to maximize its effectiveness.

Design: Your polished content will be converted into key slides branded with your company's visuals.

Polish: We refine your presentation until it's ready for use.

Handover: We polish the editable file for your future use and handover other supporting visuals created for your brand and presentation.

What's included

Key Slides
Design and layout of key slides in your deck. This may include the problem, solution if it's an investor deck, or your projects and brand if it's a portfolio.
Template theme
A palette, set of fonts, layouts, graphics will be created to communicate your brand. If you have an existing brand, it will be converted for the template.
Supporting Assets
The compilation of created visuals for your presentation such as diagrams, illustrations, and icons.
Final PDF Presentation
A complete and polished presentation PDF ready for use.
Editable Custom Template
The editable file created for your presentation will be optimized and handed over to you for future use. You may choose your preferred platform from Canva, Google Slides, Figma, Keynote, or InDesign.
