What kind of changes are included in the monthly scope?
The scope of changes will be defined in our agreement, but generally, it covers things like content updates, minor design tweaks, adding new pages, and fixing bugs. We'll work with you to determine the right scope for your needs and budget.
What happens if I need something that's outside the defined scope?
No problem! We're flexible. We can either adjust your monthly scope to accommodate the new request or provide you with a separate quote for the additional work. We're always happy to help!
What does "Priority Support" mean? How much faster is it?
Priority Support means that your requests will be handled before those of our standard support clients. While we can't guarantee an exact response time, we can assure you that your issues will be addressed as quickly as possible. Think of it as a fast pass to the front of the Webflow support line!
What if I don't use all of my allotted maintenance hours in a given month? Do they roll over?
Unfortunately, unused hours do not roll over. However, we'll work with you to ensure that you're getting the most out of your monthly maintenance plan. We can help you plan your updates and changes in advance to maximize your usage.

For a fixed monthly fee, you'll have access to our team of Webflow experts for all your website changes and updates. We'll work with you to define a clear scope of work, so you know exactly what you're getting. No surprises, just predictable and reliable support.
