I will deeply analyze your website to identify what’s wrong there that prevents visitors from converting.

I will use a variety of tools and techniques to investigate your website such as Heuristical analysis, Data analysis, Heat map analysis, Session recording analysis, Messaging analysis, Review mining, etc

3) Solutions Propositions

For each problem and opportunity identified, I will suggest one or more solutions (Where possible, I even created mockups to make the execution of changes easier.

I will use a framework that will help you understand the effort and impact of each solution, so you know exactly what you need to tackle first.

The output of this work will be a document (google sheet) with a list of all the changes you need to make to your website.
