Here is what my process typically looks like.

To start off, we’ll set up a call to talk about who you are, what you’re looking for, and what the project scope will be based on what you’re trying to achieve. Depending on the project and the context, I’ll offer guidance on how to hone in on the project scope and what final design pieces would be best.

Once the scope and deliverables are decided on, I’ll send over a simple statement of work that outlines clearly what I will be providing, the general timeline, and the estimated project cost. 

After the proposal is agreed upon, we’ll both sign a contract before work begins. A nonrefundable payment of 25% of the total cost is needed upfront before the project begins.

At this stage, we'll start the research process where I get to know your brand and the market it takes place in. The conversation will focus on what makes your brand unique and how to position it so it stands out.

After research and discovery, I’ll put together two concept boards that I feel strongly about. The differences in these options usually come down to which aspects of your business are being highlighted visually.

Once a concept direction is decided on, I’ll get to work on the first round of deliverables. This stage may require additional input from the client.

I’ll present the first round of deliverables and we’ll discuss. Two rounds of revisions are available if needed before the final presentation.

I’ll implement any changes I receive from the client during the reviews. This is typically the last step, and is concluded with a final presentation with the client. If additional rounds of revisions are needed, they can be worked into the timeline. Additional revision fees will apply.

I’ll send over the final invoice and once it’s paid, the production-ready files will be delivered. I’ll check in over the coming weeks to make sure things are working smoothly and being implemented as best as possible.
