Someone fills in your form. The automation reads their answers, has AI write a short personal analysis, puts it into a clean PDF report and emails it to them. Nobody has to do it by hand.

I have built this as a demo with made-up answers for a sample bakery (see my projects). The demo starts from a saved set of answers, not a live form. It ran with Google Gemini, checked every number in the AI's text, built a 3-page PDF and sent it by Gmail. I haven't built one for a client yet.

The numbers come from the answers and the rules sheet, not the AI. The sheet picks the benchmarks and recommendations, and the code checks every number in the AI's text before anything is sent.

From the second tier up, the rules and wording sit in a Google Sheet you edit yourself. Rules are short conditions like q8 > 14 (the answer to question 8 is above 14).

It runs on your own accounts (AI, email, server), so you own all of it.

The AI usually costs a few cents or less per report. Hosting is free to about $10 a month.

I connect your form, the rules, the AI and the PDF template, then send you sample reports made from test answers.

I send test answers through your real form and fix anything that's off. Then you get the code, the setup, a short guide and a screen recording of it working.

Your form tool (Google Forms, Typeform, Jotform or something else), the form link and 2-3 sample answers.

What the report should include. An example or a rough outline is enough. Also your logo, brand colours and the numbers or benchmarks the report should use.

Which email service you want to send from. Please don't send API keys or passwords in messages. The accounts stay in your name, and I'll show you how to add the keys yourself.
