Scoping & validation
Turning needs of the end-users into product features through user stories. This helps us to prioritise individual features and estimate the value-effort required.
"As a client of the hairdresser I want to be able to re-book my appointment"
Tech stack proposals
How can we build a version of your product which meets enough of the needs of your users to get it out in the real world and test it?
Can we use no-code tools like Airtable, Webflow Bubble etc.?
Do we need to implement custom APIs?
Are we creating iOS or Android apps or only a web app?
Is this an internal tool for which speed is more important than aesthetics?
