Timeline: Is it a project that can be done as short as 24 hours or longer as 6 months to a year? It could be a medium timeline such as 1 to 3 months as well.

Budget: How much can you spend on this project?

Team and departments: Who do you need to contribute to this project? Is it one team or department or is it a multi team approach?

What's included

Calendar management
All daily activities associated with the projects will be organized with your calendar system(Options are Calendly, outlook, google calendar or a calendar file from Canva or MS word)
Task delegation to team members
Each member of the team will have tasks that are dedicated to their specialization and/or department. ie: A social media marketing task is delegated to a member of the marketing team.
Saving time
Administrative tasks which include customer service, appointment setting, email management and preparing for meetings will be designated to an admin professional or the project manager.
Time management
No matter what your timeline is for the project, it will be done on time based on your timeline. I support projects as short as 24 hours or as long as a year. Accountability meetings will be held on a regular basis to keep the project moving forward.
