It includes all necessary pages (e.g., Home, About, Services/Products, Contact, Blog, Shop, Cart, Checkout, My Account), configured correctly. The site will be responsive and function correctly across different devices (desktops, tablets, and smartphones). Format: A live website accessible via a provided URL. Client will receive administrator login credentials. Service Quantity: One complete website. Revisions: This includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions after the initial site build is presented. Revisions are limited to changes in content (text and images provided by the client), minor styling adjustments (colors, fonts, spacing), and adjustments to existing functionality. Major structural changes or the addition of entirely new features after the initial design is approved may incur extra costs (this will be clearly communicated beforehand). Other Relevant Details: The website will be deployed to the client's chosen hosting environment (the client is responsible for hosting costs). Basic on-page SEO (Search Engine Optimization) will be implemented, including proper use of headings, meta descriptions, and image alt text. The website will be tested for basic security vulnerabilities.

Description: To empower the client to manage their website effectively, I provide personalized training and supporting documentation. This isn't just a generic WordPress tutorial; it's tailored to the specific website and its features. Format: Training: One live training session (up to 2 hours) conducted via video conference (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) with screen sharing. This session will cover: Logging in and navigating the WordPress dashboard. Adding, editing, and deleting content (pages, posts, products). Managing WooCommerce orders, customers, and settings (if applicable). Using any custom features or plugins implemented on the site. Basic website maintenance tasks (e.g., updating plugins, backing up the site). Service Quantity: One training session, One document, and optionally 3-5 short video tutorials (depending on the complexity of the site). Revisions: The documentation will be updated to reflect any changes made during the revision rounds of the website itself. Questions arising from the training session are welcome and will be answered promptly via email. Other relevant details: Client is responsible for having at least 1 admin user account, and internet access for participating in the online video call.

Description: To ensure a smooth transition after launch, I provide a period of post-launch support. This helps address any immediate issues or questions that arise as the client begins using their new website. Format: Email and/or messaging support. For critical issues (e.g., site down, major functionality broken), I will respond within 4 business hours. For non-critical issues, I will respond within 24 business hours. Service Quantity: This support is only provided for a period of thirty (30) days after the website is officially launched (marked as complete and handed over to the client). Revisions: This is not intended for further development or feature additions. It's for bug fixes, minor adjustments, and answering questions related to the existing functionality of the website. Requests for new features or significant changes will be considered separate projects and quoted accordingly. Other Relevant Details: This support covers issues arising from the original development work. It does not cover issues caused by third-party plugins added by the client, hosting problems, or changes made by the client directly to the website's code or database after the handover. Any issues that are caused by the client or a third party that are requested to be fixed by the developer will be charged extra.
