  I can set up your Jira and Confluence Cloud sites from scratch to be standardized, sustainable, and scalable. To ensure your ongoing success, exercises include: 1. Investigative business analysis process to understand your business needs and use cases and to document scope and MVP requirements. 2. Once the scope is agreed upon, Jira and/or Confluence sites can be created and tested based on business needs and requirements. 3. Deliverables can be demonstrated and if desired and in scope, training material can be provided or referenced for ongoing maintenance and use or managed-services contracts can be discussed for ongoing Jira Cloud and Confluence Administration support. *Scope depends on individual client needs.
