What You Can Expect:
A custom website design with up to 5 pages, structured through wireframes, user flows, information architecture, site maps, and high-fidelity UI prototypes. A design-focused approach—while I don’t handle coding (HTML, CSS, etc.), I create developer-ready designs that ensure smooth implementation. A personalized experience—you’re not just another project; I’m dedicated to making a real impact on your product’s success.

Process

🔹 Discovery Call – We'll have a friendly conversation to discuss your vision, goals, and expectations for the website. 🔹 Planning – I begin by analyzing your existing brand identity and website (if applicable) to ensure that the new design aligns with your brand guidelines and meets industry standards. 🔹 Exploration – I dive deep into your project by studying your brief, researching competitors, and gathering design inspiration to establish a strong foundation. Structure – This stage involves creating wireframes, sitemaps, and user flows to define the website’s layout and functionality.
🔹 UI Concepts – I design 2-3 initial UI concepts to explore and refine the design direction before moving forward.
🔹 Custom Website Design – The magic happens here! I create a fully custom website design (up to 5 pages), including wireframes, user flows, information architecture, and high-fidelity UI prototypes tailored to your needs.
🔹 Revision Rounds – After finalizing the structure and design, we go through up to 3 rounds of revisions to fine-tune every detail based on your feedback.
🔹 Responsive Design – The final design will be fully responsive, ensuring a seamless experience across mobile, desktop, and tablets.
🔹 Developer Handoff – I prepare all design assets, including UI kits and annotations, to ensure a smooth transition from design to development.
🔹 Post-Launch Support – I build long-term relationships with my clients, offering continued support beyond the website launch to help with future improvements and updates.

  • Who is this for?

    This service is for businesses of all sizes who want to create a website that is effective and beautiful. It is especially ideal for businesses who are just starting out or who are redesigning their existing website.

  • How will we communicate and collaborate throughout the design process?

    For general communication we can use Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord. For revision rounds, we can schedule the GoogleMeet/Zoom call or handle it through Figma comments.

  • How many changes can I request during design process?

    I highly value your feedback and typically provide up to 3 rounds of revisions where you can request any reasonable changes to layout & design. I will reach out to you when my work is ready for feedback.

  • What if I need more than 3 rounds of revisions?

    I understand that some projects may require additional refinement. If you need more than three rounds of revisions, we can work on them as an add-on at my current hourly rate.

  • What if I want to update the website or add more pages after we finish the project?

    Feel free to reach out to me whenever you need an update. We can work on small updates at an hourly rate, or discuss a flat fee for major updates.
