Process

1. Initial Consultation & Discovery

We’ll start with a consultation to understand your business goals, target audience, and project requirements. This will ensure we’re aligned on the scope and vision of your web application.

2. Proposal & Agreement

After gathering all necessary information, I'll present a detailed project proposal outlining deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Once we agree, we’ll sign a contract and finalize the project roadmap.

3. Onboarding & Project Setup

You’ll be invited to a project management platform like Trello or Asana, where you can track the progress, review tasks, and give feedback in real-time. This ensures transparency and keeps everything organized. I'll also set up a communication channel (e.g., Slack or email) for regular updates.

4. Design Phase

I’ll create wireframes and mockups to visualize the structure and flow of the application. Using tools like Figma or Adobe XD, you’ll be able to review and collaborate on the design before development begins.

5. Development & Testing

Development will be carried out in phases, starting with back-end logic, database setup, and API integrations, followed by front-end development. You'll be updated regularly through GitHub/GitLab or similar version control systems. Testing will be performed at every stage to ensure functionality and security.

6. Review & Feedback

Once the initial build is complete, you’ll have a chance to test the application and provide feedback through InVision or the project management tool. Any revisions or tweaks will be addressed before the final release.

7. Launch & Handover

After final approval, I’ll assist with the deployment and launch of the application. Detailed documentation and training (if necessary) will be provided to ensure you can manage and maintain the product moving forward.

8. Post-launch Support & Maintenance

Post-launch, I offer ongoing support for bug fixes, updates, or enhancements. You can also opt for a maintenance plan to ensure your application remains secure and optimized over time.
