Summary

As a user testing personnel, my typical workflow involves the following steps:
Planning: I work with the client to understand their goals, user profiles, and testing objectives. Based on this information, I develop a testing plan that outlines the testing methods, scenarios, and user profiles.
Testing: I conduct user tests using the methods outlined in the testing plan. During a user testing session, I observe how users interact with the product, record user feedback, and collect data on user behavior.
Analysis: I analyze the data collected during the user testing session and prepare a report that includes findings, insights, and recommendations for improvement. The report may also include user personas and journey maps.
Presentation: I present the report to the client, discussing the findings, insights, and recommendations. I work with the client to develop an action plan for addressing any issues identified during the testing.
